Founded in the late 1880’s on the Island of Martinique, Rhum Clement not only makes some of the finest rums on the planet, they also make our very favorite liqueur in the world. The Clement Creole Shrubb is made from a blend of both white and aged rums macerated with secret creole spice and sun-dried Caribbean orange peels. The result is a decadently smooth sweet liqueur with intriguing flavors of rock candy, candied orange peels, and orange blossom honey. The sweetness is tempered by dramatic aged rum and ripe cane flavors and a very smooth supple texture. It’s glorious on its own as a digestif after dinner, but it’s also a fabulous mixer in some of our favorite rum drinks.
